Conversion to IP Telephony

My Role
Project Manager- I assembled and led a team of employees to find the most appropriate vendor. Then I managed implementation, created standards, and trained staff on use.

Purpose
-leverage existing communications infrastructure
-cost savings
-universal phone number, no matter where branch is located
-better reporting
-set stage for call center

Result
Implemented on time and on budget with no significant complaints from staff. Same system is still in use six years later. Complete review can be found here.
