My Role
Project Manager- I assembled and led a team of employees to find
the most appropriate vendor. Then I managed implementation, created
standards, and trained staff on use.
Purpose
-leverage existing communications infrastructure
-cost savings
-universal phone number, no matter where branch is located
-better reporting
-set stage for call center
Result
Implemented on time and on budget with no significant complaints
from staff. Same system is still in use six years later. Complete
